This promotion is limited to two 2 children per room. Children 13-17 yrs old still pay the child rate. Children ages MUST be notified in the reservation. Otherwise our reservations staff will not be able to code the reservation correctly, therefore billing you the incorrect amount. Proof of age will be required upon check-in. Ages reported for children must be accurate at time of travel. In the event that the ages are incorrect (i.e. an 14 year old being reported as a 11 year old or a 4 year old reported as an infant) the hotel will charge for the difference.

Take road Cancun-Chetumal after exiting from airport. Drive South for about 60 minutes, hotel on left hand side.
Downtown Cancun-Drive South on Boulevard Kukulkan until exiting hotel zone or reaching highway crossing. Take carretera Cancun-Chetumal, southbound for about 60 minutes, hotel to left hand side.
