Children 17 and under stay free, age 18 and above are charged as an adult. Must cancel reservation 72 hours prior to 3 PM CST day of arrival to avoid full amount of stay plus tax charge. Our office is closed Sundays, therefore we do not allow official Sunday check-ins. Those needing to arrive on Sunday will be required to start their stay on the prior Saturday. Value Place provides short term residents, minimum stay of 1 week, home-like accomodations at rates starting at 169.00 USD weekly. With three room options, Value Place is an exceptional alternative to furnished rental apartments or hotels. Amenities include no lease obligations, free utilities, kitchenette in each studio, expanded cable with movie channel, interior corridors with elevator, biweekly housekeeping, on site laundry facilities, and high speed internet access available ($10 per week).
