Island-inspired menus are found at the resort's open-air restaurants and poolside bars feature nightly entertainment and a cliff dive ceremony at sunset. Elegant meeting rooms, spectacular oceanfront lawns, and an experienced staff ensure successful meetings and events at the Sheraton Maui Resort. The Ka`anapali Resort area appeals to all ages with shopping and dining at Whaler's Village, 36 holes of championship golf at Ka`anapali Golf Courses, Ka`anapali Sugar Cane Train, and some of the most romantic sunsets in the Pacific on Ka`anapali Beach. Special Condition As of July 1, 2005, the Starwood Maui "Stay at One, Play at All" program has been modified. Guests may continue to utilize restaurants and spa facilities and have signing privileges at all three resorts; however, pool privileges have been removed from the program. Please contact the hotel for further information. Special Conditions Effective September 5, 2006 for 30 days, the resort will begin repairs on one-half of our 142-yard lagoon style pool. Please note that one-half of the pool will remain open at all times and that there will be minimal dust and noise in the affected area. Approximately 70 yards of the pool with its meandering waterways, slide, waterfalls and jacuzzi will remain open. Please contact the resort for further information. Effective November 1, 2006, the Sheraton Maui Hotel's resort charge will be $18.00, plus tax, per room, per night.The resort charge includes complimentary self-parking, complimentary seasonal activities,in-room high speed internet access, and unlimited complimentary local, access, credit card, or calling card telephone calls. Aloha from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Hawaii! Hawaii experienced an earthquake off the coast of the Big Island on the morning of Sunday, October 15, 2006. While the quake was felt throughout Hawaii, none of our Starwood Hawaii properties sustained any structural damage and all of Starwood's eleven Hawaii properties are fully operational and are open for business. Currently, it is business as usual with our guests enjoying our facilities and amenities as well as the many offerings of Hawaii.
