Should you cancel up to 15 days prior to arrival a penalty of 2 nights no show will apply. For reservations cancelled less then 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit full deposit. Special cancellation policy - valid for the following dates- Dec. 20 - Jan. 04 Mar. 10 - Mar. 30 April 14 - April 16 Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeit of full deposit. Exit the airport and make a right turn just before the bridge, following TULUM and Playa del Carmen signs. Pass traffic lights for Puerto Monelos and continue south. When you arrive at Play del Carmen, take the central lanes. At the second traffic light, turn left and go down to Juares Street until you reach 10th Avenue. Turn left and continue two blocks and take a right on 4th Street. Continue for two blocks until you reach the beach. Access to the hotel front office will be the third lot on the beach.
