Guest Rooms:
All rooms have Ocean or Lagoon view, majority of rooms have both views. All rooms and Suites have balconies except Superior rooms. Rooms have either King-size beds or two double beds. Interior design elements are of a high quality and provide residential atmosphere in all rooms and Suites. All bathrooms are in marble with separate tubs, walk-in showers. Rooms feature 25-inch colour television, radio alarm clock, safe, minibar, electronic door locking and safety systems. All rooms are fitted with smoke detectors and sprinklers. Rooms and Suites have a minimum of three phones.
Deluxe Room:
Deluxe bedrooms have the same facilities as a superior bedroom, however they have the added advantage of a two square metres balcony, from which you can truly enjoy amazing Ocean and Lagoon views. Ideal for relaxation on return from the beach, with a cocktail in hand, to watch the sunset over Cancun. A perfect end to a perfect day. Deluxe bedrooms can also connect to superior, which can be ideal for families, as can offer additional luxury for parents. They are approximately 42 square metres. Presidential Suite:
Two bedrooms one King bed and doubles, separate living/dining area, jacuzzi, large balcony, television room ocean front. Approximately 200 square metres. Please refer guest direct to the hotel to book. Connecting Rooms - deluxe to superior interconnecting on 3rd, 4th and 5th floors.
Royal Club Rooms:
A hotel within the hotel. Exclusive and luxurious. All rooms are located on the 6th floor, and are equal to our superior and deluxe bedrooms, the difference being the actual additional services offered to our Royal Club guests. All rooms offer complimentary daily continental breakfast from 07:30 to 10:30, daily cocktails from 17:00 to 19:00. Private check-in and express checkout and personalised letter from the General Manager as well as daily entrance to Spa del Mar facilities.

The unique European Spa has a wonderful fitness centre and 14 treatment rooms, providing a wide range of services, including three cascading pools giving the sensation of swimming in the sea. Ecological parks with dolphins are only 45 minutes away from the hotel and Xel-Ha is an hour's drive away.
