Our Prickly Pear Bistro and Wine Bar offers a full range of dining pleasures to tantalize even the most discriminating palate. Serving breakfast daily, and dinner Thursday through Saturday (Hours vary by season). Menu options range from elegant southwestern cuisine to a classic Caesar salad. All can be enjoyed on our outside patio under the desert sky overlooking the Valley of the Sun.

Our Desert View Room, overlooking the 18th fairway of the Golf Club at Eagle Mountain, accommodates up to 30 people theatre style, and can comfortably seat 35 for banquets. For smaller, more intimate meetings, our Saguaro Room and Ocotillo Room can accommodate up to 10 people, boardroom to reception style. In addition to the Inn's 10 'Two-room suites' that are perfect for breakout sessions, one-on-one training or job interviews, we also have a luxurious Hospitality Suite available. This room can be arranged for informal 'living room' style meetings, private dinners or small receptions. Our meeting services staff is dedicated to assist with every detail including catering, presentation equipment, entertainment and a full range of off-site activities.
