A completely renovated beachfront property, Playa Fiesta's ambience will give you the feeling of being worlds away while you're actually only 5 minutes from a bustling downtown and active nightlife. Alive with color and greenery, this enchanting hotel has only 14 apartments, totaling 23 bedrooms, giving it the homey feel of a large villa. Each apartment has a kitchen, living room with two couch sleepers, dining area and large terrace overlooking the bay. It's the perfect spot for groups and wedding parties, as well as travelers looking for intimate environment that a large hotel can not provide. Full restaurant, bar and spa services give you everything you need onsite, while our hotel coordinators will make sure all your wishes are fulfilled. Very close to all the major attractions, Playa Fiesta is a $4 cab ride away from cobbled stone streets, great boutiques and charming restaurants. A little farther south is Yelapa and its private beaches only accessible by water taxi. And in the same area, there is snorkeling and scuba diving in and amongst Los Arcos, Vallarta's famous rock formation. The Pool Area and Services: Our pool area has just been entirely remodeled and now features two swimming pools and three large hot tubs hanging over the ocean with its waves splashing just 10 feet below. With a swim up bar and small private beach to the side you can enjoy any number of Playa Fiesta's own specialty drinks surrounded by water. We offer the full outdoor dining experience with breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as room service. Our chef, Mario Valdez, studied and worked in Northern California before moving back to his native Mexico. Wedding Party:
All the rooms are bright, spacious ocean front apartments sitting directly on the water. Recently redecorated with added splashes of color and artifacts from around the state of Jalisco, each has a full living room and dining area with French doors leading to large terraces overlooking Puerto Vallarta's Banderas Bay. Furnished with hammocks, tables and chairs, these terraces are perfect for lounging and entertaining, while birds and boats pass you by in front of a beautiful sunset. Each vacation rental has a bathroom with full bath and shower, and, for those planning on staying a while, there is plenty of closet space to hang your four pairs of shorts and six bikinis. All units have air conditioning and daily maid service. Sleeps 2 including children. All children MUST BE registered as an adult. Maximum 2 children age 16 and under are allowed per unit.

The property is located 7 km S of PVR-Puerto Vallarta IntlFrom the Puerto Vallarta International Airport take Francisco Medina Ascencio South towards downtown. Take the detour to Barra de Navidad Highway. Follow the flow of traffic through the tunnel, down the hill and out of old town where the Barra de Navidad continues running south along the water. The property is located at the Kilometer 5 marker, just past Camino Real, Costa Vida and Sun Resorts. It is approximately 25 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes south of old town.
