take any S-Train direction Marienplatz and get off at Marienplatz. Take the U3 direction Fuerstenried-West until Obersendling. In the station take exit Toelzerstrasse, walk for approx. 100 metres till you reach Boschetsrieder Strasse. Turn into Plinganser Strasse. Turn left and after approx. 50 metres the Hotel is located on the left hand side.
At the end of the motorway take 'Verdistrasse', then turn into 'Menzinger Strasse', follow the strees for about 4 km / 2.4 mi. At 'Romanplatz' turn right into 'Wotanstrasse', after approx. 2 km / 1.2 mi you reach a tunnel - 'Laimer Unterfuehrung'. After the tunnel you reach the 'Fuerstenriedstrasse'. After approx. 5 km / 3.2 mi, the name of the street changes into 'Boschetrieder Strasse'. Then cross the 'Plinganser Strasse'. Turn left into the 'Plinganser Strasse', after approx. 50 m the hotel you find the hotel on the left hand side.
At the end of the motorway you reach 'Tegernseer Strasse' - 'Mittlerer Ring' - go straight towards motorway Garmisch. The street changes name into 'Candidstrasse' and then 'Brudermuehl Strasse'. Take the exit 'Innsbruck Zentrum', towards Innsbruck, then you reach 'Plinganser Strasse'. Turn left and follow the street for approx. 1 km / 0.6 mi. You find the hotel on the right hand side.
You enter Munich on Garmischer Strasse, following towards Salzburg, after approx. 1 km / 0.6 mi take the exit 'Sendling' and you are on 'Passauer Strasse.' Follow the street for approx. 2.5 km / 1.3 mi until you reach the 'Boschelsrieder Strasse'. Follow the street for about 1 km / 0.6 mi. Turn left into 'Plinganser Strasse', after approx. 50 m you find the hotel on the left hand side.
Towards motorway Garmisch, on 'Mittlerer Ring'. After approx. 10 km / 6 mi on 'Garmischer Strasse' until 'Luise Kiesslebach Platz'. Go straight until exit 'Sendling'. On the 'Passauer Strasse' you cross the 'Boschetsrieder Strasse'. Turn left into the 'Plingans Strasse'. The hotel is located on the left hand side.
