THE TROPICALE The Caribe begins each day by serving breakfast in The Tropicale Restaurant. It offers a wide array of traditional favorites, such as French toast, homemade Danishes, croissants, eggs, bacon and assorted cereals. While guests ponder over the overwhelming choices, an attentive wait staff pours fresh Columbian coffee. Lunch and dinner is available for families and business travelers alike. THE VENETIAN ROOM For the more sophisticated diner, the white linen service of The Venetian Room is ideal for a romantic or business dinner. Overlooking the tropical landscaping and cascading waterfalls of the resort's lagoon area. The Venetian Room offers wonderful views, fine wines and magnificent meals consisting of continental cuisine with a Northern Italian flair. CALYPSO'S TIKI BAR AND GRILL Poolside bar across from the waterfalls. Cool beverages and tasty grille items. Open 11AM until 8PM (weather permitting). PARROT ISLE/LOBBY LOUNGE Quaint rendezvous spot with a view of the pool area. CAFE LARGO PIZZERIA AND DELI Deli open 6:30AM -12PM.
