The Auditorium Madrid hotel was inaugurated in July 2003, with the aim of providing the city of Madrid with the biggest Meetings and Conventions hotel in town, offering the latest technologies together with state of the art infrastructures and a first class level of service, making it the largest urban hotel in Europe. Set on an area of 100.000 square meters, the Auditorium Hotel offers to its clients more than 15.000 m2 of meeting and exhibition space, making it ideal for hosting all kind of events. Our Auditorium is located on ground level and it is easy accessible for exhibition material. It has a capacity for up to 2400 delegates, can be dividable into two, it's equipped with the latest technological industry applications, and has a large backstage area with a VIP lounge and various green rooms. The Congress & Convention Centre "Principe Felipe" has 40 column-free meeting rooms and halls of different sizes, all of them providing Internet access, TV and FM connection, telephone sockets, and all installations needed for any type of room setting: 27 on ground floor, which allow easy access for exhibition material and vehicles, and other 13 daylight meeting rooms on the Mezzanine floor. Our latest upgrade allows us to offer all our guests an advanced optical fiber net infrastructure, besides our free Wi-Fi (wireless connection), covering all common areas, auditorium and rooms being able as well to create independent zones for those clients needing individual and inaccessible zone for other users. 870 rooms, including 28 Junior Suites and 2 Presidential Suites, fully equipped according to the standards of a four star superior hotel, including free ADSL connection in all rooms. Our F&B services can be experienced either on our Buffet Restaurant or by tasting an exquisite selection of creative cuisine dishes at the Restaurant El Gueridon. Likewise, in the Lobby Bar the simplest coffee or the most imaginative cocktail can be enjoyed, thus creating an atmosphere of great satisfaction. Other available services for all in-house guests include, amongst others, a fully equipped fitness centre, a heated pool, an Iberia airlines auto check-in service, business centre, a free shuttle service from/to the International Airport and from/to the city centre, and a 24 hr. medical service.
