This eloquent, historical, eleven-unit building was originally built in the early 1920s and originally served as a resort hotel for the rich and famous. Recently renovated interior includes all new appointments and outstanding attention to design, with your every comfort in mind. We offer 4 studio's with ocean views, 4 800 sq. feet corner studios and 3 one-bedroom suites all boasting gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean. Please note that there is no elevator in the building. Our property is a small unique operation that utilizes a self-check in system, please make sure to contact the property on the day of arrival for important parking and check in procedure.

From Lax take Hwy 1 north. Hwy 1 will turn into Lincoln Blvd. When you get into Santa Monica you will turn left on Broadway. The hotel is at 107 Broadway on the corner of Ocean and Broadway. Small discreet entry door , please make sure to call 310-451-3657 on the day of arrival. From downtown Los Angeles you will take Hwy 10 West. Take the 4TH ST/5TH ST exit- exit number 1A. Stay right at the fork and take 5th st. Turn left on Broadway. The hotel is at 107 Broadway on the corner of Ocean and Broadway.
